This toy museum is an interesting place to visit. Nostaglic toys are housed in this five-storey shophouse. I would suggest you take a lift to the top floor and walk down from level to level. You could see the early-days Batman, Superman, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Tin Tin and many more toys.
Mint Museum of Toys is really a fun and educational museum. It is really an eye-opener for me! If you are an avid toy collector, the Mint Museum is must-visit for you.
At the ticket entrance, you could also view a collection of old toys. Oh yes! These toys are for sales! I have to confess that it is very tempting buy a few of these toys to my bedroom! Well, I suggest ... don't resist, just buy it :)

Clarke Quay begin life, more than 150 years ago, as a fishing village. Later, it developed into a seaport to trade between the East and West.
Today, the waterfront godowns have become restaurants, pubs, cafe and entertainment spots. There are different types of cuisine for you to pick - Chinese, Italian, Mediterranean, etc. You could also easily pub/club hopping within Clarke Quay as there many different entertainment concept.
In the night, Clarke Quay is filled with so much vibrancy. Stroll along the shophouses, you can hear so much laughter and lively chattering. I like the bustle over here. Yeah, I also like to look at the historical shophouses. Hee.. .
By the way, you may also want to go across the river to Riverside Point for more eateries and nightspot exploration. There are as much vibe over there too!

Singapore Botanic Gardens
Attractions 
Singapore Botanic Gardens has a history of more 150 years, The Gardens was founded in 1859 by an Agri-Horticultural Society who planned the garden as a leisure garden and ornamental park. Fast-forward to today, the role of The Gardens has become a botanical instiution, tourist destination and regional park.
I think it is a wonderful idea to go the park over the weekend with your family or loved ones. The surrounding is so beautiful and relaxing. I like the smell and the surrounding greenery. It will be so romantic to stroll around and have an evening dinner in the park.
I would advise to wear light clothing and bring along umbrella and water if you wanted to explore the park. There are also many educational and interesting events at The Gardens. Check out their Calender of Events at their website and register for some tour!

Zouk
Night Scene 
Zouk, launched in 1991, is the leading dance club in Singapore and Asia. Zouk has pushed the dance music culture into the next level in Singapore.
There are 4 different clubs within Zouk complex - Velvet Underground, Phuture, The Wine Bar and Zouk. All the 4 clubs are have its on favour and atmosphere. The Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) is the first museum in the region to present a broad yet integrated perspective of pan-Asian cultures and civilisations. The first Indian settlers in Singapore arrived with Sir Stamford Raffles as assistants and soldiers back in 1819. In the late 19th century, many more Indian immigrants arrived to find work, be it as labourers to build roads or to take up key positions in the civil service.
Today, Little India is the focal point of Singapore's Indian community. Its spice-scented streets beckon you to a cornucopia of ethnic jewellery, jasmine garlands and silk saris. From the large Tekka Centre and Little India Arcade to the small provision shops, Little India is packed with interesting things to discover.
During Deepavali (usually between Oct/Nov), the Indian Festival of Lights, Little India is transformed into a fairyland of gaily decorated, brightly lit streets bustling with shoppers. Witness also the faith of devotees during the colourful and ritualistic Thaipusam in Jan/Feb each year.

Singapore's Chinatown evolved around 1821 when the first Chinese junk arrived from Xiamen, Fujian province in China. The passengers, all men, set up home around the south of the Singapore River which is known today as Telok Ayer. Chinatown’s local name - Niu Che Shui (Bullock Cart Water) arose from the fact each household at that time had to collect fresh water from the wells in Ann Siang Hill and Spring Street, using bullock-drawn carts.
Although much of the shops have become more touristy, one can still capture some old architecture from the rows of shophouses. During the Chinese New Year and Mid Autumn Festival season, many Singaporean will flock through the streets of Chinatown to buy the festive goodies. It is will be an experience to soak in the buzz and atmosphere there!
